Welcome to the CATALYST study! The app will help you better understand what is involved in being a CATALYST participant and how you’re progressing toward completion of the study. Thank you for joining the many volunteers from around the world who are taking part in this important study. Because of volunteers like yourself, medical advances for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension associated with Connective Tissue Disease (CTD-PAH) are possible.

The CATALYST patient app was created with you in mind. The app contains the following features:

· VISIT OUTLINE - Provides a visit outline with dates so you know what assessments

will take place at upcoming visits

· STUDY OVERVIEW - Provides a description of each phase of the study

· STUDY REMINDERS - Outlines and sends important study reminders and notifications

· NOTES - Allows for quick note taking to discuss with your study team, study,remainders etc.
