There are about 1.4 million schools in India and this number is increasing every year. By 2018, Indian education industry is expected to exceed $100 billion. A sizable portion of this is going to be taken up by schools and now is the right time for schools to strategically place themselves in a position to take full advantage of this enormous potential. Tapping this potential will require schools to overhaul their style of management. But there are a lot of operational difficulties which have to be addressed.
