This is a journey towards finding the unique key to your happiness. You invest 1 minute at the end of each day to answer 2 simple questions. That's it! Most users find their Key in 2-4 weeks. You will also receive many insights along the way.

So, how does this work? The answer is data and algorithms. We call this process Scientific Introspection, and this app provides all the tools you need for it.

FEATURES:

1. TODAY - this tab lets you track the answer to two simple questions each day – “How was your day”? and “Which of these did you do…? This is all that you need to provide for this process to work.

2. REARVIEW MIRROR – Compare recent days and identify ways to make today happier than yesterday.

3. COMPARE AND CONTRAST – In less than a week, you will be able to see what makes good days different from other days.

4. HAPPINESS CORRELATIONS – In 2-4 Weeks, the automated algorithms will start to identify the things that have the greatest impact on your happiness.

5. KEY TO YOUR HAPPINESS – Last but not least, you will receive recommendations on things to do more vs. less often for happier days.

The app also has other useful features that allow you to customize the things you do and track. You can also fill missing days in case you forget to log in on the same day.
