Introducing the Marple Golf Club App

Marple Golf Club has a relaxed atmosphere whilst we do observe and value good golf club etiquette –it’s all about respect. We’re a group of friendly people with great enthusiasm and passion for the game and for our Club. We encourage an open and friendly attitude to all new members and visitors.

The course offers a wonderful golfing experience that is second to none in the region. Whilst the terrain is gentle, the superbly kept and well designed 18-hole layout offers an enjoyable yet challenging round of golf. Our green keepers maintain the course in top condition that means you can play almost anytime all year-round.

Formed in August 1892, even then, our founders’ philosophy was to create a club that was accessible and welcoming and they resolved to fix affordable entrance fees and annual subscriptions. And, within a month of formation, the first committee met and agreed that “lady members be admitted to the Club at an annual subscription of 5 shillings each and no entrance fee”. How’s that for a progressive attitude!

The app features the Whole in One Golf GPS Range Finder and Digital Guide to playing the clubs 18 hole golf course. The App works as a virtual aid, giving you a 3D Flyover of each hole, a pin positioning system.
