TGM Panel has its own US survey site and you can find a decent number of paid surveys here.
It is fairly easy to use as you just sign up and then wait to receive invitations for surveys via email. Currently, that is the only way to earn on TGM Panel but I have been told they are considering introducing more earning methods so keep an eye out for that if you decide to join.
