MyeTaPP allows users to check the status of the application and payment of the land.

MyeTaPP developed to enable users to access the account by types of users:

i. the public

ii. KJP

iii. internal users

Schooling Land Management (PPT)

i. Public

a. Displays the status of payments (compensation) of when the payment was made and by what.

b. Displays the name of the project

c. When talking (investigation) will be displayed when the user has made an application and has been registered with JKPTG Online.

ii. agency

a. The application status of land acquisition

b. The late payment charge will be displayed along with a list of lots and number of days remaining to make the payment.

c. Alert will appear before and after the payment (blinking alert)

d. Date and time of inquiry investigation

e. Users can do a search using the name of the project and the file number to display details of the investigation and Form E (Mandatory)

iii. Internal users (Staff)

a. Lagging KPIs - search by country

• The number of projects

• The number of lots

• The number of completed

• Number of processes

Enforcement and Federal Revenue (PHP)

i. Status rental application either pass or do not pass will be displayed

ii. Status lease payments will be displayed according to the step by step starting from the deposit, monthly rent, arrears, deposit adjustment, loss of deposits and the status of claims

iii. Rental status is displayed either pass, reject or terminated

Small Estate Distribution (CO)
