Application for recording and calculating a menu with interactive recipes.

A comprehensive nutrition application that allows you to enter a menu with energy and all macronutrient calculations. Users have access to an extensive database of foods available in the Czech Republic and more than 1,500 interactive recipes. In recipes, the amount of ingredients can be freely changed, raw materials added or deleted, while the system recalculates everything immediately. The modified recipe can then be easily added to the menu. The application offers an advanced filtering system that takes into account energy, macronutrients, preparation time, nutritional directions (unrestricted, pescetarian, vegetarian, vegan) and specific diets (conserving, gluten-free, with hyperuricemia, with restriction of the rest, etc.). The functions also include monitoring of drinking regime, recording of body weight and circumferences. Charts showing nutrient intake, weight and circumferences are available for better overview. Convenient shopping is ensured by the function of the shopping list, which can also be automatically generated according to the menu. Informative articles on nutrition are also available.
