We not only got to know and love special ingredients, spices and flavors, but also realized that both great taste and energy content of a dish have little to do with meat.

That's why we founded the naked indigo - a new restaurant concept that thinks fast food completely differently, with the goal:

Uncomplicated but nevertheless well thought-out, freshly prepared, vegetarian or vegan bowls and dishes that you can order via the naked Indigo app for takeaway or dine-in. The app allows you to pre-order your food on the way to the restaurant so you can spend more time enjoying and less time waiting.
