After many years studying and practicing meditation and chi kung in Asia under the guidance of some the world's greatest living masters, Burgs decided to travel back home to the West to teach. This decision was rooted in a determination to discover for himself whether these practices and the wisdom they pointed to could be upheld and developed within the context of a modern western life.

Today he teaches those who wish to learn meditation on retreats across the UK and France. To support those that have studied with him and to bring those teachings to a wider audience, he brings you the Burgs Meditation App.

The Burgs app takes a deeper look into how meditation can improve your daily life. Teachings include how to approach some of the more important events that we experience in our life, and a deeper look at how we can come to a more positive attitude in the way in which we approach our daily living.
