Byun Baek-hyun or better known as Baekhyun is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and actor. In 2012, Baekhyun debuted as a member of the South Korean-Chinese group EXO. He is also a member of two EXO subunits, namely EXO-K and EXO-CBX. He debuted as a soloist by releasing his first mini album titled City Lights in 2019. Baekhyun is also the leader of the South Korean supergroup SuperM.

Baekhyun was officially introduced as the ninth member and main vocalist of EXO on January 30, 2012. The group officially debuted on April 8, 2012.

In February 2014, Baekhyun was chosen to be a regular host on the SBS music program Inkigayo with his partner Suho.
