Your Blood Pressure is recorded as TWO numbers:

1. Systolic Blood Pressure (larger number):

It is the pressure exerted by blood against the arteries when the heart beats.

2. Diastolic Blood Pressure (smaller number):

It is the pressure when the heart rests.

VARIATION in Blood Pressure:

Blood pressure has a daily pattern. Blood pressure is normally lower at night while you're sleeping. Your blood pressure starts to rise a few hours before you wake up. Your blood pressure continues to rise during the day, usually peaking in the middle of the afternoon. Then in the late afternoon and evening, your blood pressure begins dropping again.

HOW TO USE?

1. You must agree to the terms and conditions to proceed.

2. Enter your profile details and keep it updated.

3. Press measure now only after you have placed your finger properly on the HR Sensor.

4. Make sure you hold the phone on the sides and just place your finger on the sensor. You need not press hard against it.

5. Repeat throughout the day and keep a track of your Blood Pressure
