This app is designed specifically as a means of easily capturing defects or snags during a site or survey activity using smartphones or tablets alongside photos of the defect or snag in question. User identification can be added together with distribution lists for receipt of the inspection. On completion of the survey a ready formatted dated pdf is produced with site reference site address, defects list and associated photographs. If required subsequent visits to the same site enable sign off of the previous recorded items and editing of the inspection list.
