The Internet Calendaring and Scheduling Core Object Specification (Calendar 2021) is a media type which allows users to store and exchange calendaring and scheduling information such as events, to-dos, journal entries, and free/busy information. Calendar has several views, including Day, Week (5- and 7-Day), and Month, and also supports Tasks.

i Phone Calendar is a time-management and scheduling calendar service that allows users to create and edit events. Reminders can be enabled for events, with options available for type and time. Event locations can also be added, and other users can be invited to events. Users can enable or disable the visibility of special calendars, including Birthdays, where the app retrieves dates of births from Google contacts and displays birthday cards on a yearly basis, and Holidays, a country-specific calendar that displays dates of special occasions.

Features

* Calendar - a calendar showing dates and days of the week. An example a simple calendar is the simply outputs a monthly or yearly calendar.

* Appointment attachments – This feature allow users to attach a file to an appointment. If the appointment includes other participants, the attachment is shared with them.

* Appointment calendar – a list of appointments and the attendees for the appointments. This app may include the capability of detecting scheduling conflicts, notifying the participants of the conflict, and suggesting alternate meeting times.

* Appointment reminders – Automatically reminds participants of an upcoming meeting.

* Availability sharing – this feature allows users to share their availability with others (users can select how much detail is shared); thus facilitating meeting scheduling amongst several individuals.

* Collaborative scheduling – the capability of the app to check schedules and propose meeting times to all of the participants. This allows the invitees to suggest times that will work best for them, allowing the organizer to pick a meeting time that works best for all of the participants.

* Customization – This feature allow users to customize several available features such as: email appointment remainders, calendar viewing default, workweek and work hours display, etc.

* Group calendar – a calendar showing dates of groups in addition to individual calendars.

* Multiple views – this feature allow users to select how their calendar is displayed: one day, one week, one month, one year, etc.

* Timeblocking – Allow users to organize their days into chunks, assigning a task to each chunk of time

* Users can enable or disable the visibility of special calendars, including a Birthdays calendar
