Capitalism produces the highest quality and most innovative products due to the marketplace.   If the product is garbage, intelligent people/consumers in the marketplace will not buy the products and the company will go under (unless they are bailed out by a corrupt socialist govt), or the provider of the goods/services will have to improve their product to the point where it WILL be purchased and garner an increased share of the consumer pie to stay in business.
That is, unless you have a consumer base of brain dead buyers that care more about the political BS the half-baked producers feed them, than the quality of the product.    Then the ***** and complain about the product and set up yet another govt run orifice to deal with the complaints, or claim they are being discriminated against for being ****** enough to buy a crappy product, and then regulate the companies that ARE creating a great product so much that those mfgrs can no longer make a living and have to raise their prices, close their doors or move to another State or Country...
