As an embodied health and fitness studio we have classes for complete beginners to those that are more dedicated to their practice. Our mission is to help you stay grounded and nurture a new sense of personal growth, through freedom of movement and a greater sense of connection in life. On-demand, Livestream and in-studio classes.
