Tuqqer allows you to broadcast live video instantly to your private contacts, groups and public followers anywhere around the world. Your contacts and followers will be notified immediately so that your videos can be viewed in real-time, as intended. Once installed, Tuqqer will ‘sync’ with your mobile phone contacts who then become your private contacts in Tuqqer .Tuqqer is a free app that uses your mobile phone’s internet or wifi connection to allow you to broadcast live video and instant message with no international fees or subscription charges.

* 360 Degree Video Capture: You can use your mobile phone’s rear or front camera – video selfie! - to shoot videos and you can also switch between the two cameras while shooting video without interruption. Videos can also be shot vertically in ‘portrait’ mode or horizontally in ‘landscape’ mode, and the camera can be rotated 360 degrees while the user is filming without any disruption to the video.

* Video Storage: Videos can also be viewed after they have been broadcast. Videos sent to your private contacts belong to you, can be deleted at any time and are stored in your ‘My Videos’ section. Videos you broadcast publicly can be viewed by all Tuqqer users and are stored in the app’s ‘All Videos’ section.

* Instant Messaging: You can use Tuqqer’s instant messaging feature, in lieu of texting, for free chatting. As with video broadcasting, you can chat with private contacts and groups, and you can also broadcast text to public followers. Additionally, you can use the instant messaging feature to share other multi-media such as pictures and documents.

* GPS Enabled Search: You can search for public content by creator assigned title, category, location or by your physical proximity by utilizing GPS. This allows you to find content relevant to your interests and also gives you the ability to discover broadcasters whom you wish to follow.

Privacy: Since you register for Tuqqer using your mobile phone number, there is no ‘logging in’ and there are no pin numbers or passwords to remember. This also serves to authenticate the content you create. Your mobile phone number and personal information can be kept hidden from public view.
