NW18 PO Approval

This Application enables Purchasing and Contracting approvals for Network 18.

At Network 18 Many of the employees, managers or otherwise are on the move at any point of time. Applications that enables them to access various PNC (Procurement and Contracting) document approvals on their mobile smart devices while on the go would ensure prompt and timely action. Users are required to approve PR (Purchase requisitions), PO (Purchase orders), Contracts and Service Entry sheets. Providing this mobility application would enhance the working efficiency of the PNC approval services. They will be able to access the pending approvals for PR (Purchase requisitions), PO (Purchase orders), Contracts and Service Entry sheets. Using this application, the concerned users can approve or reject such documents. The main features of the application are

1. The launch pad shall provide platform on which employees would be able to access various approval services. Initially the following three groups of services shall be provided

a. PR(Purchase requisitions)

b. PO (Purchase orders) & Contracts

c. Service Entry sheets

2. It would enable approval and rejection of above three documents.

3. View list of pending documents for approvals.

4. View supporting documents attached to the documents.

5. Approve / Reject request

6. At present Purchase order documents will be enabled for approval on mobile devices.
