The book that this application accompanies projects through the writing by its authors a whole methodology of how to study a patient in the different pathologies of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery without initially resorting to the set of diagnostic tests that are at our disposal.

The idea and foundation of the book, passed from father to son and, in turn, shared by both, preserve and enhance the bases of scientific knowledge of the disease, that is, communication and physical contact, fundamental in the diagnosis by its proven therapeutic correlation. These principles, which are sometimes missed by patients, are masterfully exposed in the text, by outstanding authors in each of the fields of our specialty.
