Our application is a platform designed to simplify the search for temporary jobs and quickly meet the staffing needs of companies. Based on a geolocation system, it enables candidates to find job opportunities close to home, reducing travel time and minimizing delays. Users can set their availability and schedule preferences, allowing companies to easily find profiles that match their needs.

Here’s how it works: job seekers register, create a profile, and set their search criteria. Companies, in turn, post job listings with details such as job type, duration, location, and specific skill requirements. Using geolocation, the app instantly displays the closest job opportunities that fit each candidate’s preferences.

Additionally, after each completed job, employers and employees can provide reciprocal ratings, increasing transparency and trust for future users. This model has several objectives: to provide candidates with quick access to nearby jobs and to give companies a pool of motivated and available candidates, even for urgent needs.
