In ‘the leadership challenge’ you are managing a team. Meet your team, play an episode a day and see the effect on your employees. Give and receive feedback, listen, reflect and develop your skills as a leader.

You are challenged to show your leadership skills in different ways. In some episodes are multiple choices with forecasting, in other episodes are audio dialogues and in some episodes you have to choose a strategy. Other episodes stimulate you to reflect and to practice in real life situations. After playing an episode you get feedback on your performance.
