Application for communication between patient and doctor.

The mobile application Portal zdravlja offers you an insight into a part of your own medical data from the Central Health Information System of the Republic of Croatia (CEZIH).

The application offers the following options:

• Review of vaccination and testing data on COVID-19. You are offered a link to the service for issuing a Digital EU certificate for COVID, and you can order a vaccination against COVID-19.

• View messages that are exchanged with your chosen doctor (automated system messages and messages that your doctor sends you), and if the option is activated by your doctor, you can also send messages to your chosen doctor.

• View the referrals that are prescribed for you. Referrals for the primary care laboratory are visible 30 days from the date of prescribing, and the remaining 90 days from the date of prescribing.

• Ordering vaccinations against COVID-19, and ordering from a primary care physician (if the practice has opened appointments and if the option is activated by your doctor). You can review all your orders, and if you are prevented from arriving at the agreed time, you can cancel the order.

• Sending a request to the chosen doctor to prescribe (only for the therapy for which the doctor has allowed the request for renewal).

• View your chosen doctors.

• View your personal data, system notification settings, doctor's access permissions to your Card, permits to access medical data from other EU countries, view access devices, and view Card access in the Settings section of the application.

The health portal allows you to allow or deny access to your data to the following health professionals on the settings page:

• the chosen family doctor,

• your chosen pediatrician, if you are a child,

• the chosen dentist,

• your chosen gynecologist, if you are female,

• emergency physicians,

• specialist doctors in the hospital and SKZZ,

• pharmacists.

Although the data is available through the Health Portal, you should still follow the instructions of your doctor (for example, download a printed discharge letter) or pharmacist (for example, consult a doctor).
