It is a General Insurance Company established in Nepal having registered office at Birgunj-4, Parsa, and the corporate office at Kamaladi Complex, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. It has obtained the license to conduct general insurance business from Beema Samiti on June 20, 2002. The share of the company is listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange.
