As a customer of Quennet Hausverwaltung GmbH, you benefit from a particularly innovative customer service that offers you a lot of freedom. With the Quennet app, you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about the properties entrusted to us.

To register for the Quennet App:

- You will receive a personalized email from us inviting you to join the Quennet App

- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
