I saw a clip of the "World of Weird" Season 1, Episode 6 on YouTube, and really wanted to watch the full, 47 minute video off "Channel 4". But, first of all, I couldn't watch the video off their website, and so I downloaded the app like it told me. (Not off the Play store, cause It's unavailable.) So I downloaded the app off APK Pure and got into my profile only to find out that the video isn't available in my location!

  You did set your VPN to look like you're in the UK, right? I'm using tunnelbear and it works.

  Windscribe would probably be better but it does have a limit of how much data you can use per month. (2 GB for free, 10 GB if you use and verify your email and 15 GB if you tweet something with their @, which you can just delete after you get the extra 5 GB)
