Its good and clear, however app won't update and I wish there was a way to stop the camera spinning, can make it very tricky at times.

Having good experience during first time use. When switching to left ear, I was asked to upgrade the app to version 6.0.016. This is when the problem started as the app refused to be updated, and I can no longer use my new R1.
