Installed and tested but after a few seconds I uninstalled the app. Why? because this app won't work for non-rooted devices. It insta crushes/forced close once everything is set and done. End of story.

It forces stop any downloaded apps .. It really makes phone work faster .. and rooted devices could force stop system apps too.
