If it's not working for you here is a helpful advice so first go to pairing mode in switch then hold the sync button in ur phone (the joycon Droid) then once it asks permission to pair with ur nintendo switch do not press pair or connect exit pairing mode In nintendo switch then press pair in ur phone then its done.
