They have unjustly banned my device for posting THEIR event for a friend. Inadequate explanations, no transparency. 

They also said that they could not help me with this matter even though it is their app, and also suggested that I change a device as if it's easy to buy a new one. Very poor customer service. Just absurd.!!;
