Remote Care Platform is a free digital healthcare solution provided by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with Injazat Data Systems, empowering clinicians to administer patient care remotely.

The advance tele-consultation app enables doctors to first interact with their patients online, determining where urgent medical attention is required, and where advice provided over the phone or videocall is an appropriate course of action.

Crucially, the app also enables doctors to provide the same level of care to those who need it, at an accelerated pace.

Through one solution involving telephone and video calling, medical experts can provide consultations, referrals and prescriptions to their patients safely and securely.

• Remote Care Platform is made available to patients, free of charge, via the App Store and Google Play.

• GPs can now send messages about their test results and observations they wish to discuss directly through the app.
