This research is about how people can be informed on the

cheapest and safest way of having a training. Nowadays,

people who wants to be fit, lose weight, or train for their

respective sports have to go to some top-tier gyms to train

with top-quality trainers. Having a training with top-quality

gyms and trainers needs lot money, so some people go to low

class gyms to train. But these gyms sometimes don’t assure if

they have the safe way of training regimen so the tendencies

of some people they go to YouTube to watch different

training videos, but these exercises are not enough to enhance

the different skills of the user. These problem gave the

researchers an idea that might help some of the people who

wants to have a good quality and safe training through a

mobile fitness application called “FALCON FIT: A Fitness

Mobile Application” where the user can watch and train

where it can help them to enhance their skills.
