Use the augmented reality mode and use your device camera to detect users by scanning their faces.
Once a user is detected it will show his name and rating aside his face. Tap over the user face to rate him.
You can also rate near users by just tapping over them.

Added temporary license for face scan. App will not work after 14 days. Sorry but face recognition license is too expensive to keep the app working. So enjoy.
