This depends on processor speed running apps and the Android current version running clutter matters ie the ability of the os to handle the loading requirements updates from apps do matters well the memory addressed is definitely a factor the lower addressed are no issue above a certain ROM addressible locationeg above 32GB if not really designed for would require specific addressible speed as opposed to the lower lcations. Higher locations are normally addressible through additional processing circuits on the motherboard and can be very expensive ie Android $$1000.00 range is Apple 
Manufacturers DO matter. I will continue to evaluate as I am keyboarding it is responding very well I only hope the Reliability and the MTBF exceeds the App Writer's expectations
