Trainor Taekwondo Academy is located in 4 great locations throughout western regional Victoria, including Ballarat, Castlemaine, and Kyneton. We specialise in teaching effective self defence and Olympic Sport Taekwondo competition skills in a responsible and safe class environment. We promote respect for health and wellbeing, fostering an attitude of personal growth and development. With experience in school teaching, our principal instructors have designed a unique training philosophy within Martial Arts, to suit all ages and levels of ability from children and seniors including womens self-defence, to the elite including school and corporate seminars.
