STDV provides basic functions for Party members such as Viewing news, Party activities

The electronic Party Member Handbook application allows Party members to access information from the Chi/Party quickly, helping the Chi/Party organize Party meetings in accordance with Instruction No. 12-BTCTW. Besides, it is also a place for Party members to self-manage personal information and Party documents, thereby contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations and improving the quality of party members.
