The Safe Community Outreach Center is a groundbreaking project initiated under the leadership of the Muslim League Party in Parappanangadi Municipality. This compassionate center is dedicated to providing comprehensive care, treatment, and comfort to impoverished bedridden patients within the municipality's jurisdiction.

In its first phase, the center will offer essential palliative home care and day care services, ensuring that patients receive personalized and dignified healthcare in the comfort of their homes. Recognizing the diverse needs of patients, the center also plans to introduce vital facilities such as physiotherapy and psychological counseling. By collaborating with experienced professionals from leading psychology colleges, the initiative aims to enhance the mental well-being of patients, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

Looking ahead, the Safe Community Outreach Center aspires to expand its services by establishing a Palliative Nursing Training Center, Geriatric Center, and Dialysis Center.
