This app includes 7 safety modules that enable users to seamlessly execute safety tasks in the field, including OSHA-based inspections, training, JSAs, and more. The SR admin dashboard serves as a centralized hub for administrators, providing access to safety performance data and reports submitted by field users. Additionally, admins can manage module settings, active locations, responsible parties, and more. SR Unified equips your frontline workers with the necessary tools for safer operations while empowering decision-makers with accurate, real-time data to promote safer operations and company culture.

Inspections - Generate and submit safety checklist, inspections and audits

-Robust checklists for the construction industry (Construction 1926, Gen. Industry 1910, CalOSHA Construction & General Industry, USACE EM385, MSHA Part 56, Maritime 1915, and more.)

-Checklists reference applicable regulatory standards (i.e. OSHA.gov) and contain a link to the standards (both in the app and the reports)

-Add notes, photos, a severity rating, and contributing factors to observations

-Multiple report templates with customized cover letters and branding

-Offline access available

Training - Record toolbox talks or safety meetings, and assign attendees

-Access an extensive repository of up to 300+ pre-populated toolbox talk content

Incidents - Report and investigate incidents

-Document 6 different incident types - injuries, illnesses, vehicle damage, property damage and general liability

-Record statements from involved individuals & witnesses

Observations - Submit ‘one-off’ negative or positive safety observations

-Simple forms to provide detailed jobsite observations

-Assign severity, related categories, and any contributing factors

Job Safety Analysis (JSA) - Identify potential hazards and implement effective controls
