Application for holders of health insurance SALTUS Zdrowie.

The application was created for SALTUS Zdrowie health insurance holders, it is a mobile equivalent of the Patient Portal.

1. Allows you to order a medical service in a few simple steps. From the available services, search or select the one you want to use. Please provide your preferences regarding the completion date and the method in which we should contact you. Indicate the facility where the visit is to take place or the location near which we should search for it for you. The visit ordered in this way will go to the service at the Appointment Center (CUW) - we will do our best to meet your expectations and arrange a visit in accordance with your preferences.

2. If you decide on teleconsultation, completing the order for teleconsultation with the selection of the date and time of the meeting is tantamount to arranging it.

3. If you have insured other family members, you can use the mobile application to manage the accounts of many insured persons and book visits for them.

In addition, in the application you will find:

4. orders being currently serviced by CUW along with its status,

5. scheduled visits with the date, name, address of the facility and the scope of the agreed services,

6. functionality that allows you to cancel or edit a visit,

7. details of your policy [including card number],

8. history of visits ordered and completed so far,

9. option to store documentation (including the one visible only to the Customer),

10. functionality that allows you to send attachments such as: scan of referral for a visit, documents for reimbursement

11. all forms of contact with SSC in one place [chat, telephone, e-mail],

The application is available in two language versions: Polish and English. In order to protect your data, we have introduced the possibility of logging in biometrically or using a pin code.
