Updated the app to add behind-the-scenes support for Identity Provider-managed authentication and resolved an issue where the Assignments tab wasn't properly respecting permissions for displaying in-progress grade book average. These changes were added in anticipation of an upcoming SchoolTool release and will not be activated until the district has installed that new release.
