In order to promote the exchange of experiences between the electricity distribution companies, fostering ideas for maintaining and developing the quality of services rendered, Abradee held every two years, the National Seminar on Electricity Distribution (SENDI) . In 2018, during the 20 th and November 23, the event will be held for the first time in Fortaleza, under the coordination of Enel Distribution Ceará. The event will be an opportunity to discuss sector trends, such as scanning, e-mobility, relations with customers and regulatory model.

The seminar takes place since 1962 and after ten years, will take place in a northeastern capital. The last city to host the event in the region had been Recife, in 2008. They are also provided in addition to the technical work, actions as a demonstration of electric cars, demoday (facing startups), hackathon (network programming development marathon) among others. The organization of SENDI 2018 expects to gather about 4000 people in Ceara Events Center.
