Sicuro112 - the first aid app

Sicuro112 is the service to take care of yourself at any time with the app with innovative first aid features that allow you to:

• send an SOS alarm

• in the event of a fall, send automatically the requests for help to your network of contacts (paid version)

• automatically forward to the 112 emergency service the request for help when your emergency network does not respond and receive first aid (paid version)

• locate your GPS position in real time, in this way your contacts or the health service will be able to intervene quickly on the spot providing immediate assistance

• enter contacts to create your emergency network to which you can send calls and text messages in case of need

• monitor regularly heart rate, sleep quality, steps taken and related calorie consumption (features available only with the Sicuro112 Smartwatch pairing)

How does it work?

The complete Sicuro112 system consists of an app connected to a Salvavita Button or Smartwatch (included the paid version) which:

1. is automatically activated in the event of a fall (fall detection function)

2. can be pressed in an emergency to request immediate help

In both cases, Sicuro112 will send an alarm with your position to the first contact in your address book, continuing with the following contacts if the first does not respond.

In the event that none of the contacts take charge of the emergency, Sicuro112 will call the service emergency call of 112 providing the type of emergency detected and the GPS coordinates to ensure immediate intervention on the spot.

Important!

Sicuro112 is the first lifesaver in Italy to guarantee the emergency service of 112 for personal safety.

In the event of an accident or need, Sicuro112 sends the request for help to 112 only if none of your emergency contacts answer the phone.

The contacts chosen to receive the SOS alarm will not have to download anything and can be both mobile contacts and fixed line contacts, our first aid service will contact both types of telephone users without distinction.
