Application for viewing medical data intended for healthcare professionals

The Central Health Information System of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: CEZIH) is the central system for storing health data and information for their standardized processing at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels of health care and is part of the health information infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia.

The central electronic health record (eKarton) is a part of the patient's medical documentation that combines health and other personal data about the patient, collected and stored in CEZIH. Only authorized healthcare professionals participating in the treatment, health care and care of the patient and those authorized persons to whom the patient has given express consent have access to the eCard.
