Sportplatz app training digitizes your training: the coaches will upload your schedule so you can carry out your exercises directly with our app.

What if you find that the card isn't right for you? No problem: the coaches will be able to update it at any time.

MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS

You will always have your physical activity under control: you will be able to see which exercises are included in your training plan, your progress and how your body changes over time.

Your data history will allow Sportplatz to efficiently manage your workouts.

Thanks to the integration with the Apple Health App, you can also keep track of all your progress in a single screen: by synchronizing your iPhone with the Sportplatz app training you can view your steps, calories burned and nutritional data along with those of your workouts!
