Star Battles have 4 rules:
1. Column Rule:

2. Row Rule:
- Each row must contain exactly 2 stars.
3. Island Rule:
- Each island must contain exactly 2 stars.
4. Adjacency Rule:
- Stars cannot be adjacent, not even diagonally.
