Tchilo Lab App: Pilates and fitness studio

Intimate and family-friendly Pilates and fitness studio in the heart of the Marais, 5 minutes from the République and Temple metro stations.

Specialized since 2011 in private lessons for individuals, duos and Trios+ (up to 8 people).

We also reserve group lessons for you in small groups (between 3 and 8 people). To stick as closely as possible to your objectives or your desires for the day, these courses give you the choice between 4 intensities:

The Pilates mat for intense classes but without heat stroke

The Garuda (Pilates machine) for reformer 2.0

Wireless EMS for joint-gentle muscle strengthening (20 mins of exercise + 5 mins of drainage or recovery)

Training Lab (Circuit Sports Coaching) for more athletic fitness

In collaboration with Elisa Willet we offer various massages as well as sessions of Iyashi Dôme (Japanese sauna). Our courses and classes are accessible by appointment only.
