Application for monitoring suspected cases of COVID-19 in Paraná.

The Secretariat of Health and the Government of the State of Paraná need your collaboration to contain the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Do you live in Paraná?

- Fill out the registration form and answer the form about your health condition.

- The suspected cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), will be directed to medical care via Whatsapp, with the help of telemedicine.

- Pay attention to the symptoms and redo your epidemiological assessment in the application whenever you deem necessary.

Are you going to transit through Paraná?

- Fill out the registration and save the confirmation QRCode. Important: The registration is valid for only 24h. If this period is exceeded, a new registration will be necessary.

- Display the QRCode at the monitoring stations in the currencies of the state of Paraná.

The Telemedicine Paraná application helps to maintain social isolation, protect health professionals and reassure the population.
