Are you a goat?
This app is used to determine whether the user is a goat and is subject to teleportations.
This only works properly on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. If you have an older version of android it will say your device is too old.
This app just displays the value of http://developer.android.com/reference/android/os/UserManager.html#isUserAGoat()
