FP Baseball Training Fitness App

The Future Phenoms Baseball Training app allows baseball players to access custom strength and nutrition programs right on their mobile device. In this app, the athletes can log reps, sets and weight for every workout. This feature will allow them to see their results and our strength coaches to track their progress.

Technique is extremely important to us, so every exercise included in our programs will have a video demonstration and description of that exercise.

The nutrition side of the app will allow the athletes to log calories and macros by entering in foods or scanning barcodes. This will make it easier for the athlete to stay on top of their nutrition program and allow us to track their eating habits so we can maximize their results.
