Bimbo Group presents their training app, Global Energy Race, the race that will unite runners from 22 cities around the world on a single day. With this app you will be able to start preparing for the race as well as improving your times or maintain your fitness habits. The following routines are meant for each of the three categories of the race: 3K, 5K and 10K in order to involve families and professional runners.
