I Created a Monster

Charlie turns into a monster when his feelings get to be too much.

I Created a Monster (ICAM) is fun game-based experience to help children aged 3-6 recognize and regulate strong emotions both in themselves and others. Meant for children and caregivers to do together, ICAM introduces you to Charlie, a 4-year old who turns into a monster when his feelings get to be too much. Depending on how he's feeling, Charlie may turn into a: MAD, SCARED, SILLY, or NERVOUS Monster. As kids play games to help Charlie be himself again, they learn strategies for coping with strong feelings in themselves and recognizing strong feelings in others.
