iDistrict app is an Unofficial version of eDistrict website which runs and supports most of Android devices. It solves problem to run website http://edistrict.up.nic.in on Android.

It also allows users to share files using internet connection or Local WiFi without Internet (P2P: Peer to Peer or Person to Person file transmission)

It also has a great QR-Code Scanner / Reader

Few things supports KitKat or Latest Android like File Sharing and print as PDF
